NOTICE IS GIVEN to Gerald Adams; Toi Adams; John Doe, Occupant; Southcrest Hospital, LLC; Woodstone Property Owners Association, Inc.; United States of America ex rel Internal Revenue Service; Spouse, if any of Toi Adams that on September 14, 2017, at 10:00 o'clock, a.m., in the Commissioner's meeting room on the first floor of the Rogers County Courthouse in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all the certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:

LOT SIX (6), IN BLOCK ONE (1), WOODSTONE, AN ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF CATOOSA, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, IN SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 15 EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE & MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $200,000.00.
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2014-164, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-1 is Plaintiff and Gerald Adams is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $196,840.24 together with interest at 2.75% per annum or at the current adjustable rate from March 1, 2011, including late charges, $2,500.00 for attorney's fee, $690.00 advances for title search, and those additional sums advanced for taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
The addresses of the Defendant(s), Toi Adams and Spouse, if any, of Toi Adams, and her/his/their unknown successors are unknown to the Plaintiff.
