Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on the 30th day of June, 2011, by Coupland Construction, LLC to Covenant Bank recorded in the office of the Judge of Probate of Saint Clair County, Alabama in Mortgage Book 2011, Page 26372. The undersigned, Covenant Bank, as Mortgagee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash in front of the entrance of the Courthouse in Ashville, St. Clair County, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale, on the 22nd day of August, 2017, the following real estate situated in St. Clair County, Ashville Division, Alabama, to-wit:

Commence at a 2 1/2 inch steel pipe marking the NW corner of Section 35, Township 15 South, Range 2 East, thence along the West line of said section South 00 degrees 53 minutes 12 seconds West 267.34 feet to a pinch pipe also being the point of beginning, thence South 89 degrees 10 minutes 26 seconds East 630.54 feet to a pinch pipe on the Western R/W of a 60 foot R/W thence along said R/W South 00 degrees 44 minutes 17 seconds West 266.43 to a pinch pipe, thence leaving said R/W North 89 degrees 10 minutes 34 seconds West 630.30 feet to a 1 inch rebar on the West line of said section, thence along said section line North 00 degrees 41 minutes 14 seconds East 266.45 feet to the point of beginning.

This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expenses of foreclosure.
