TRUSTEE SALE 2043 Gratton Road, Tazewell, VA 24651 Tazewell County In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $124,699.00, dated February 19, 2013 recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the Tazewell County, Virginia, in Document No. 130000647, in Book No. 2013, at Page 3276, default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance to the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, 101 E Main St, Tazewell, on August 21, 2017 at 11:00 AM the property described in said deed, located at the above address and briefly described as: Beginning at a stake at a corner of the lands of formerly D. A. Yost and J. Robinette 520 feet to a stake in said line; thence in a westerly direction 220.4 feet to a stake in the line between the lands of formerly D. A. Yost and W. Neel; thence in a northerly direction with said line 520 feet to a corner stake between the lands of formerly D. A. Yost and W. Neel on the west and north, and thence in an easterly direction with the line between the lands of formerly D. A. Yost and W. Neel 220.4 feet to the point of beginning, with improvements thereon.
