DEFENDANTS Wilma L. Clark [Deceased], Individually and as Trustee of the Wilma Leflore Clark Revocable Living Trust dated May 1st, 1997, whether living or dead, and if dead, his/her unknown successors, if any and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Wilma L. Clark [Deceased] whether living or dead, and if dead, his/her unknown successors, if any and The Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Trustees, Devisees, Successors and Assigns, if any, of Wilma L. Clark [Deceased] and Helen Hays, Individually, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Wilma, LeFlore Clark [Deceased], and as Successor Trustee of the Wilma Leflore Clark Revocable Living Trust dated May 1st. 1997 whether living or dead, and if dead, his/her unknown successors, if any and David Alan Ford II, whether living or dead, and if dead, his/her unknown successors, if any and Isaac Howard Leflore [Deceased], Individually and as Successor Trustee of the Wilma Leflore Clark Revocable Trust dated May 1st. 1997 whether living or dead, and if dead, his/her unknown successors, if any

The above stated Defendants will take notice that the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2016-CTT, filed its Petition in Foreclosure in the District Court for Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, on August 30, 2017, against the above stated Defendants, and said Defendants must answer said Petition on or before the 28th day of November, 2017, or said Petition will be taken as true, and a judgment will be rendered in said action against the above named Defendants, foreclosing his/her interest in the following described real estate, to wit:

LOTS NINETEEN (19) AND TWENTY (20) IN BLOCK ONE (1), IN SOUTH LAKE ADDITION SECTION 2, TO NORMAN, CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, LESS & EXCEPT A PARCEL OF LAND LYING AT THE REAR OF SUBJECT PROPERTY AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER (SW/C) OF SAID LOT 20; THENCE N 27 DEGREES 35 MINUTES 11 SECONDS W AND ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY LINE OF LOTS 19 AND 20 FOR A DISTANCE OF 73.59 FEET TO A POINT BEING THE NORTHWEST CORNER (NW/C) OF SAID LOT 19; THENCE N 62 DEGREES 24 MINUTES 49 SECONDS E AND ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 19 FOR A DISTANCE OF 18.28 FEET; THENCE S 27 DEGREES 36 MINUTES 30 SECONDS E FOR A DISTANCE OF 73.59 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 20; THENCE S 62 DEGREES 24 MINUTES 49 SECONDS W AND ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 20 FOR A DISTANCE OF 18.31 FEET TO THE POINT OR PLACE OF BEGINNING.

And a judgment will be rendered on the promissory note against the Defendants, Wilma L. Clark [Deceased] adjudging that default has been made in said note and mortgage, and that Plaintiff has a valid, prior and superior mortgage lien on said real estate in the total principal amount of $229,082.35, with applicable interest at 2.69%, late charges as provided in the note, and any amounts which Plaintiff may be required to advance for payment of taxes, insurance or preservation of he subject property, together with costs of this action, for all of which judgment will be taken. A judgment will be rendered against Defendants Wilma L. Clark [Deceased], Individually and as Trustee of the Wilma Leflore Clark Revocable Living Trust dated May 1st, 1997, whether living or dead, and if dead, his/her unknown successors, if any and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Wilma L. Clark [Deceased] whether living or dead, and if dead, his/her unknown successors, if any and The Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Trustees, Devisees, Successors and Assigns, if any, of Wilma L. Clark [Deceased] and Helen Hays, Individually, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Wilma, LeFlore Clark [Deceased], and as Successor Trustee of the Wilma Leflore Clark Revocable Living Trust dated May 1st. 1997 whether living or dead, and if dead, his/her unknown successors, if any and Isaac Howard Leflore [Deceased], Individually and as Successor Trustee of the Wilma Leflore Clark Revocable Living Trust dated May 1st. 1997 whether living or dead, and if dead, his/her unknown successors, if any adjudging any right, title or interest in and to the subject property claimed by said Defendants to be junior and inferior to the mortgage lien and judgment of Plaintiff, and that upon confirmation of such sale, all Defendants herein, and all persons claiming by, through or under them since the commencement of this action be forever barred, foreclosed and enjoined from asserting or claiming any right, title, interest, estate or equity of redemption in or to said premises, or any part thereof.
