Sealed proposals will be received by OMNI Construction, LLC on behalf of the Board of Education, Independent School District No. I-002, Moore, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, at the office of OMNI

Construction, LLC, located at 201 N. Broadway, Suite 111, Moore, Oklahoma, until 10:00 A.M., Central Standard Time, on the 7th day of March, 2018, at which time said bids will be opened for furnishing the materials for the construction of the New Maintenance Warehouse for Moore Public Schools including the following Bid Packages:

Bid Package 1 – Concrete (Complete)

Bid Package 2 – Metal Building Package (Material Only)

Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above-mentioned office immediately following the closing time stated above.

A cashier’s check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder if the proposal is $100,000.00 or larger. Bid Guarantees will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders.

The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.

The time period within which a contract will be executed following award to the successful bidder will not exceed thirty (30) days.
