NOTICE OF SALE

TO: The above-named defendants and all other persons/entities that may claim an interest in the property described below.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of Sale issued May 17, 2017, the United States Marshal for the Northern District of Oklahoma has been directed to levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property located at 1104 Marina Drive, Oolagah, OK 74053:

Lot Nine (9), Block One (1), Harbour Creek Village, an Addition to the Town of Oologah, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof.

to satisfy a judgment and decree of foreclosure in favor of the Plaintiff entered by the Court on May 15, 2017, for the principal sum of $93,190.40, plus accrued interest on the principal sum in the amount of $8,984.56 as of December 4, 2015, plus interest accruing thereafter at the rate of 5.75 percent per annum, or $11.35 per day until judgment, plus interest thereafter at the legal rate of 1.10 percent per annum until fully paid, plus administrative charges in the amount of $2,458.51, plus interest on that sum at the legal rate of 1.10 percent per annum from the date of judgment until fully paid, plus subsidy amount of $19,916.64, plus interest on that amount after judgment at the legal rate of 1.10 per annum until fully paid, plus any additional sums advanced or to be advanced or expended during this foreclosure action by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance, abstracting, or sums for the preservation of the subject property, including the costs of this action, Marshal’s fees and expenses, and any other advances.
I will offer the above-described property for sale at 11:00 a.m. on September 12, 2017, at the West Front Door of the Rogers County Courthouse, 200 S. Lynn Riggs Boulevard, Claremore, Oklahoma, 74017 for cash in hand. The property has been appraised for the sum of $126,000. Title and possession will not pass until after judicial confirmation of the sale and issuance of a Marshal's Deed.
