TO: All persons interested in the Estate of James D. Dye, Deceased.
You are hereby notified that on the 13th day of June, 2017 the Petitioner,
Norman Joseph Strange, with the mailing address of 140 E. Main Street, Suite 200, Lewisville, TX 75057, filed in the District Court of Stephens County, State of Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration. The decedent, James D. Dye, died on May 2, 1995, domiciled in Bexar County, State of Texas, with the address of 109 Shady Trail, San Antonio, Texas 78232 , and that the total value of the decedent's property in Oklahoma is greater than $10,000.00.
Attached to the Petition is an instrument purporting to be a certified copy of the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent. The Petitioner is the named executor in said Last Will and Testament. The Petitioner has asked that this Court admit the will to probate and other summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. §245., et seq.

In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration and Admission of Foreign Will to Probate, and the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees and Distribution.
Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against, James D. Dye, deceased, are required to present same, with a description of all security interest and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner Norman Joseph Strange c/o Stephen R McCalla, MCCALLA BROWN PATEL LLP, 126 W. Chickasha Ave., Post Office Box 2220, Chickasha, OK 73023, on or before the 14th.day of July, 2017, or the same will be forever barred.
Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 1st day of August, 2017, at 10:00 clock a.m. at the Stephens County
Courthouse, Duncan, Oklahoma before the undersigned Judge of the District Court. At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and Admission of Foreign Will to Probate, and the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees and Distribution, of the Petitioner.
You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration and the final accounting and petition for determination of heirs, legatees and devisees and distribution at any time prior to the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner's attorney, Stephen R. McCalla of MCCALLA BROWN PATEL LLP, P.O. Box 2220, Chickasha, Oklahoma 73023, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court.
If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing, whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.
The claim of any creditor not shown in the petition will be barred unless the claim is presented to the special administrator on or before the 14th day of July, 2017.
