By virtue of a Writ of Execution, issued out of the Justice of the Peace, Precinct #2 Court of Cooke County Texas, by the Clerk of the Court on November 29, 2017 in the following numbered and styled suit listed below and did on the 30th day of November 2017, levy upon said property and as directed, I the Constable of Precinct 2 of Cooke County, Texas will proceed to auction and sell at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of February 2018, which is the first Tuesday of said month, at the east door of the Courthouse of Cooke County, Gainesville, Texas, the following described property, to wit:

Styled: PIONEER VALLEY ASSOCIATION v THOMAS MEIJERS - Cause No. SC11-0016

Property: Pioneer Valley lots, #797 and 798 located on Chisolm Trail and being identified as Property ID 8785 on the Cooke County Tax Rolls.

All of the property being sold by the Precinct 2 Constable of Cooke County will be deeded to buyer with a Constable Deed. The officer may not execute or deliver a deed to the purchaser unless he or she exhibits an unexpired certificate issued by the tax assessor collector indicating the purchaser owes no delinquent taxes within Cooke County.
