Allen, husband and wife, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for Bank of America, N.A., dated September 3, 2009 said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in Book 2009, Page 55276. Said mortgage was subsequently sold, assigned and transferred to Bank of America, N.A..
