NOTICE IS GIVEN to Jerry D. Stanley; Tonya M. Stanley; John Doe, Occupant; State of Oklahoma ex rel Oklahoma Tax Commission that on January 11, 2018, at 2 o'clock, p.m., at Room 513 of the Courthouse Annex Bldg., 320 Robert S. Kerr of the County Courthouse in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to wit:

LOT SIX (6), OF BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17), IN CHISHOLM LAKE ADDITION, SECTION II, TO EDMOND, OKLAHOMA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 1613 Firetree Lane, Edmond, OK 73003

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $165,000.
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2017-2607, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is Plaintiff and Jerry D. Stanley is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $95,421.04 together with interest at 5.75% per annum from October 1, 2016, including late charges, $2,500.00 for attorney's fee, advances for title search, and those additional sums advanced for taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
