A public hearing will be held on the proposed lease agreement on January 16th, 2017 at 6:00 PM at the Camanche City Hall. Any and all interested parties are welcome to attend and be heard.

Beginning on private property at the Alliant Energy substation located in the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 81 North, Range 6 East (SE1/4 NW1/4 SEC. 23-T81N-R06E) then entering public property before crossing Mill Creek and parallel to the road right-of-way along the north shoulder of Beaver Channel Parkway



Thence Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 81 North, Range 6 East (NE1/4 NW1/4 SEC. 23-T81N-R06E) where it continues on public property parallel to the road right-of-way along the north shoulder of Beaver Channel Parkway,

Thence Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 81 North, Range 6 East (SE1/4 SE1/4 SEC. 14-T81N-R06E) continuing on public property parallel to the road right of way along the north shoulder of Beaver Channel Parkway until it crosses private property owned by Union Pacific Railroad. The ADM pipeline crosses the Alliant Energy pipeline within this quarter section.



Thence Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 81 North, Range 6 East (SW1/4 SW1/4 SEC. 13-T81N-R06E). Continuing on private property owned by Union Pacific Railroad then entering public property parallel to the road right of way along the north shoulder of Beaver Channel Parkway crossing under the 14th Street South and continuing on public property parallel along the north shoulder of Beaver Channel Parkway until it enters the property owned by the petitioner (ADM) and terminating at the ADM Gas Regulator Station.
