You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER TO LEASE MINERAL INTERESTS at or before ten o’clock A.M. of the Monday next after the expiration of forty-two days after the date of issuance of this citation the same being Monday, August 14th, 2017, before the Honorable 392nd Judicial District Court of Henderson County, Texas at the JUDICIAL COMPLEX in Athens, Texas. Said PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER TO LEASE MINERAL INTERESTS was filed in said court on 06/05/2017, in this case numbered CV17-0256-392 on the docket of said court, and styled, O’Brien Resources, LLC vs. Mattie Lou Howell, or the unknown heirs of Mattie Lou Howell
The names of the parties to the cause are as follows:

O’Brien Resources, LLC are Plaintiffs and Mattie Lou Howell, or the unknown heirs of Mattie Lou Howell are Defendants.
A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: for the appointment of receiver to take charge of and execute oil, gas, and mineral leases for the mineral development of the real property situated in Henderson County, Texas, and described as follows:
28.00 acres of land, more or less, in the Juan Longoria survey, A-463, and the Alexander De La Garza, A-250, Henderson County, Texas, being a portion of that certain 32.75 acre tract of land more particularly described in that certain deed dated December 23, 1933, form Charley Bass et al to M.D. Stoker and wife, Clara May Bass Stoker, recorded in Volume 189, Page 187 of the Deed Records of Henderson County, Texas, SAVE & EXCEPT that certain 4.75 acres of land, more or less, more particularly described in that certain deed dated March 14, 1951, from Earl Stockard and wife, Nellie Stockard to Jack Browning, recorded in Volume 311, Page 440 of the Deed Records of Henderson County, Texas; LEAVING HEREIN 28.00 acres of land, more or less.

as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Original Petition on file in this suit.
The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates thereof, and make due return as the law directs.
